Shadowy lady is a very very dark purple, almost gray, but really beautiful. (a warmer option would be soft brown or kid - kid is my all time fave shadow for light skin, defines sooo beautifully)Įmbark or shadowy lady - embark is a beautiful dark brown with red and purple undertones. Both would be suitable for contouring light skin, malt would not show up if you are slightly medium, but quarry would.

Quarry or Malt (both matte) - i personally looove malt for my crease, it is a very light browny pinky grey (hard to describe, but i havent seen any shades like this anywhere else it is quite unique), or quarry is a bit darker but the same dusty color. Hi, here are my suggestions, hopefully helpful :)īlanc type (matte) - i think you are quite light skinned, brulee would be the same exact shade as your skin, so i would choose blanc type or vanilla (has some subtle shimmer) instead, these types of shades i personally love to use under my brows to subtly highlight, or on the middle/all over the lid :) This is a Pinterest board I made with the colors I love wearing and that I feel comfortable in. I struggle a bit with eye makeup in general, and as I have 'Asian' eyes (from Vietnamese descent) the eyelid is not very visible and I would welcome any tip on it. On a daily basis I do MAC Stay Curious lipstick I love lipsticks, and tend to go for corals/warm reds/pinks. I tend to wear peachy/yellowish undertone rather than cool/pinkish I have been typed in seasonal color analysis as a bright spring. If I do my eyebrows (and cover my scar), I would use MAC Stylized eyebrow pencil In general I wear a tinted daycream by Laroche Posay as only foundation. Or another dark color with more fun maybe. I thought of either a very light sparkly/peachy highlight. Something I could just simply add if I want to be adventurous and try a smokey effortlessly.

I would love a deep brown, which maybe has some purple-ish vibe in it? I am also open for something sparkly. Taupe? Warm brown? Peachy? Satin? Matte? Something I could use everyday and if it could double as a contouring powder it would be wonderful.Ī color for a deeper look. For this, I already thought of using MAC BruleĪ color for defining the eyelid a bit better. What I am trying to build with the palette is:Ī color for a base for everyday, that can cover everything.

I'll turn 30 soon and I am looking for an effortless to be a bit more glamorous on a daily basis. I am not a very big expert of make-up, and especially when it comes to eyes.

I am trying very hard to build my first 4 color combo eyeshadow from MAC.
